- Composes correspondence and emails. 
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers or transfer calls to offices. 
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. 
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments/ calendars, and Organizing events/engagements. 
- Prepare notes, correspondence, and reports, using word processor. 
- Operates office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator; coordinates the servicing of equipment. 
- Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations, and reserve tickets.

Skills

- Fluent in both spoken and written English. 
- Microsoft office applications. 
- Perfect use of Internet. 
- Ability to work under pressure. 
- BSc. with English major.
