Description
	- Manage the selection of logistics vendors. - Optimize the warehouse operations. - Manage the relationship with logistics contracts. - Work with his superior to optimize and implement the warehouse layout and operation flow. - Effectively manages all warehouse and stock inventory. - Interprets and follows domestic transportation requirements. - Maintains and manages accurate inventory. - Creates and writes reports pertinent to inventory and operation. - Track record of strategic and tactical improvement in warehouse, shipping and inventory management operations. - Responsible for accurate issue and credit of parts in and out of stock. - Responsible for accurate and efficient physical inventories and/or cycle counting program. - Strong distribution and service parts background. - Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow. - Researches material handling equipment to ensure procurement of the most suitable equipment in terms of performance, safety, reliability, and cost. - Developing and implementing plans that have a moderate impact on the operations.
Required Qualifications - Experience with warehouse management systems including related software applications. - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including transportation, distribution, warehouse operations and customer service. - Must know all hazardous symbols and/or placards. - Must have Microsoft Office skills. - Must demonstrate strong personal mastery, including ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning. - Leads by example. - Ability to develop and motivate team. - Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple demands internally and externally. - BSc. of Business, Engineering or equivalent. - Max. 10 years of previous in warehouse management. - Fluent in English Language. - Works independently. - Great communication and project management skills. - Good computer skills.
