Description
 
- Type memos, letters, etc… in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure that dept. documents circulations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain effective filing system.
- Open and distribute the mail
- Attend meeting, draft MOM and distribute it to the concerned parties.
- Review and edit documents and reports.
- Schedule meetings & agendas, national and international.
- Receiving calls, and directing to the concerned parties.
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of MS office.
- Multiple word-processing
- Data base application.
- Presentation skills.
- Female
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
