· Leads the labor relations team in administration of collective bargaining agreements and fostering of positive labor-management relations with the unions. · Liaison with internal and external legal providers to achieve successful agreements · Establishes and maintain satisfactory labor-management relations on both internal and external levels (i.e.: employees, employees’ representatives, Labor Union, Ministry of Labor, etc.). · Supports managers at disciplinary or grievance hearings, or in the event of collective disputes or industrial action. · Maintains up to date knowledge about employment law as it relates to employee relations. | |||||||
