Labor relations serve as a link between employees at plant/company level and the corporate management to maintain a sustainable and healthy working environment.

Description
 
·      Leads the labor relations team in administration of collective bargaining agreements and fostering of positive labor-management relations with the unions.
·      Liaison with internal and external legal providers to achieve successful agreements
·      Plans and organizes the effective communication of all personnel policies to employees.
·      Establishes and maintain satisfactory labor-management relations on both internal and external levels (i.e.: employees, employees’ representatives, Labor Union, Ministry of Labor, etc.).
·      Supports managers at disciplinary or grievance hearings, or in the event of collective disputes or industrial action.
·      Maintains up to date knowledge about employment law as it relates to employee relations.
·      Maintains up to date knowledge about employment law as it relates to employee relations.
·      Designs, plans, and implements stable company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
• At least 10 year experience in a related role.
• Good knowledge of labor and trade unions law.
• Good knowledge of the field of industry and organizations
• A confident and experience negotiator and communicator
• Ability to work well under pressure
